You, your staff, or the patient obtain a Genetwor_x Testing Kit
Provide patient information for insurance billing (health insurance, subscriber #, and diagnoses)
Your staff follows the simple collection process outlined in the Kit, and sends it to our lab in the Kit’s mailer
Results are delivered to the prescribing physician and the dispensing pharmacist within 3 to 5 business days
Test results will provide resourceful information to individualize medication management for that patient that will deliver the best outcome based on that specific patient’s unique DNA
